Locate the manual_install folder in the template package, open the themeXXX folder (where XXX is your theme number) – there are folders img, modules and themes and dump.sql file:

You will need to upload img, modules and themes folders to the root of your PrestaShop installation via FTP/File Manager:
Once files are uploaded, log into your PrestaShop administration area.

Go to Preferences ->Themes tab:

Click “Advanced settings” button next to the default theme thumbnail.

On the appeared screen check the themeXXX option and click “Save” button to switch default theme to the new one:
Sometimes, after changes are saved the theme still does not appear as default one. In this case you should do the following:

Go back to “Advanced settings” and type your new theme name in the “Name of the theme” field as described in the screenshot below:

Click “Save” button at the bottom right to apply changes.
You can see your new theme appears as default now. Click “Save” button to save performed changes:
